Notes

'Save New York' was written, performed and produced by J. Furuheim. Recorded at Kookola Studios, Scandinavia and Singapore 1999 - 2001. Magnus Abelsen's vocal parts were recorded at Christoffer's Bedroom early 2001. A digipak release.

'Save New York' was ready for release on 10 september 2001, one day before 9/11... For obvious reasons the record was pulled from the shelves. In 2002, it was re-mastered, re-titled (Zebra Knights) and re-designed.
Later, in march 2004, the only 128 remaining copies of 'Save New York' were send out to stores in the UK and Norway.
Comments:
Malogamand
In an interview Safariari did with the norwegian Nattguiden he says that they pressed 1000 copies of this release. As it is stated in the release notes 128 copies where sent out to UK (50 copies) and Norwegian (78 copies) stores. This information is to be found on Trust Me Records webpage. I was lucky enough to get the last copy play.com had. There are two stickers on the packaging and in contradiction to what is written here and on their webpage its written "You are holding one out of 100 available copies of Safariari's first recording" on the front and on the back there is written "Trust Me" and an additional catalogue# "TMR 014". This catalogue# is not listed on Trust Me Records list of releases. So is there 128 copies of this or 100?... or 1000? What happened to the copies that where pulled from the shelves? Who can you really trust?
