For some time I wanted the original release but its just to expensive over priced. So we Morrissey fans were lucky to have this masterpiece released. I've played it many times and it sounds great no cracks on record. If you dont have it get it you won't be disappointed A+

Great reissue, great, and sometimes amazing sound -- one could argue it's a bit high on the treble side at times, depends on your set up. The original album had a very neutral sound which was charming, where as this remaster really brings out the guitars (along with everything) for the better. If you thought the CD remaster was too much in terms of loudness then this should do.In the end it's a very great reissue and worth getting considering the original is (unfairly) rising in price. It's dead quiet, there isn't a bit of sibilance or distortion in sight which can seem rare with modern vinyl. Seasick, Yet Still Docked will blow you away audio wise.

Absolutely an amazing reissue. From start to finish you can hear the improvements in sound compared to the older press. Either press doesn't matter this album is solid and probably one of his finest work to date.
