My copy has a different cover (obviously, since they're probably cut-off from magazines) and similar label but not same to the one pictured. The other side's label is probably also from a magazine. It also includes an A4 fold-out insert that contains the "libreto" to the "opera" and information about the recording. Sara is mentioned as Sara Hop-Hop. Recorded in 1983.
