Notes

Label incorrectly says HS04, engraving says HS 005
Release year is not given on release, but is 1996 according to label manager Peter Huber

Despite the labeling the B1 and B2 are switched on the vinyl making It Opens Doors the second track and they are on the logo side of the EP, when they were supposed to be on the info side (the stickers on the ep were attached wrongly).

Brainfusion is on the A side though (that has the info sticker instead of the logo as supposed to be).

The 3rd track [It opens doors] is the standout track for me. Not much length to the track but it shoots out of the gate quickly and so the lack of length is no problem. This is a catchy tune that took me a few listens to realize how much I like it. A short synth bagpipe sample at 3 minutes adds an extra bit of upliftment to an already upbeat track, a sample that I wish would have repeated at the end of the song. This song is short and sweet and worth the purchase of this 12" for me.The other 2 tracks on this vinyl don't go anywhere. "Brainfusion sounds like 4 songs stuck together and none of the segments ever get going. Cut 2 "Get Conscious" also never hits it's stride.

Brainfusion Pt.1 is a unique track, not just for it's duration but because it has no breaks. It keeps going on relentlessly without pause, yet keeps grabbing your attention all way since progression is well constructed. It's no stellar track, just an unknown odd but still decent track that deserves to be listened at least once.
