Originally planned to be called "Hate... In Your Face!", the title was changed briefly to "My Asylum / Sick Leave" until shortly after recording was completed and after these promo tapes were sent out, when title was changed to "My Asylum" for the advance and primary pressing of the final release.

Advance/Rough Mix promo tape with covers and labels handwritten by Jeff Hatrix. Includes an early version of the title of the demo "My Asylum / Sick Leave" and the original title of one song "Attitudes (At the Puppet Factory)" that would be shortened for the actual release (and several other titles would be shortened on later re-issues). Also includes an Intro track omitted from the final release. All tracks on this promo are Rough Mixes, unreleased anywhere else, with the original "1-2-3-4" drumstick clicks at the beginning of each track, no sample at the beginning of "My Asylum", no guitar intro before "Donate
..", no vocal effects on the after solo section of "Attitudes" and several other differences in sound and mixing from the final version.

- Later would be pressed in two editions. The main release in yellow & black ink and an advance/promo in white & red. This Rough Mix/Promo precedes both of them and was only produced in around 30 copies.
