Somebody needs to find these cats and talk to them and then write a decent piece about it, there's such a dearth of information about this release, and it's a very, very influential release! The story deserves to be told.

This article is offline, but there is also a very good article in the print magazine Wax Poetics, Issue #21, Feb/Mar 2006 called Banbarra Unmasked.

There, your prayers answered! I had always wanted to know this too, but there was almost no info outside of what's on the record label. http://daily.redbullmusicacademy.com/2015/09/shack-up-a-loop-history

Raelin
Later covered by A Certain Ratio (1980), and, sort-of, the Revolting Cocks (1993), who basically just graft new lyrics on top of the melody.

Samowar
I always thought the A Certain Ratio were the original singers. I had no idea this was a cover until I saw a YouTube video of a dj spinning this 45.
