Bass is to loud on this, so much so I had to turn the bass down because if I didn't I would lose the guitar at points. Mastering could've definitely been better.

The drums and bass sound a little turned up in the mix I would have loved to hear the midrange of the guitar given a lil more volume overall. I actually had to turn the bass down a little bit. The vocals are a lil high too. One thing I do really like is that everything sounds really clear and crisp. The overall sound is clean and I would say definitely worth the $20 price tag.

Everyone I know seems to glorify, 'Fun House'. I dig it too, but I also dig the first album and the 3rd album. I think this album was just more experimental than the first album. Don't get me wrong, it's all killer to me!

Probably my copy, for instance, I have the Unknown Pleasures reissue and I think it sounds great but many others don't (and that's Rhino, I believe)Shame, and waaay too late to return it, haha.

maybe it's your copy? i never heard an original but i think this sounds god damn fantastic, deep and rich compared to a cd re issue i had.
