Although this album is a collection of outtakes from their first two albums (Here Come The Lies and Wait Long By The River And The Bodies Of Your Enemies Will Float By) and the A and B sides of their first two singles, as well as outtakes from their first, self-titled CD, it stands as a great album in its own right. In fact, it arguably contains some of their finest moments, such as the title track, "I Beleive," and their excellent interpretation of Spencer P. Jones' "Slammin' On The Breaks." If you can find a copy, grab it quick as it is getting very hard to find (especially on vinyl).
