Released in a handmade CD case composed of repurposed book covers. Inside of CD contains lyrics and credit booklets - about 20 version have individually type written lyrics on pages from Interview Magazine, the rest have a computer printed booklet with band photos. Unknown quantity (less than 100 total copies in existence). Photo is representative of one individual release, each release varies in color and design (while sticking with the book cover / lyric book theme).
