Track 1: Is a typical factory punk anthem in which Shaun uses Jesus' name in vain to say the least. Track 2: Sounds like a baggy version of a soul weekender, the lyrics are about when Martin Hannett parted company with Tony Wilson etc. Track 3: You can strutt your stuff to this, it's short but sweet, if you've got rhythm, you'll feel like the coolest person alive. Track 4: Manic, not sure what it's quite about though. Track 5: This must be Shaun's first love song. Track 6: Another funky one but there's a slight sense of paranoia about it. Track 7: Another funky one. Track 8: Psychadelic, trance like rhythm that will freak you in a nice way. Track 9: We all no this one from the film. Track 10. This wouldn't be out of place in the '60's.

Tart Tart is not about Martin Hannett falling out with Wilson as they hadn't fallen out yet. In fact, Hannett later produced Bummed whilst still working for Factory. The first line references Hannett but is in no way about something that was to happen in the future.
